Melissa Dent is a humanitarian leader, community advocate, and the Founder of Lunch Box of Love. Driven by a deep passion, Melissa launched Lunch Box of Love after feeling called to make a greater impact in the lives of those in need.

Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a community-driven initiative that goes far beyond providing meals. Lunch Box of Love provides food assistance, hygiene kits, school supplies, household essentials, and disaster relief support to underserved populations.

Melissa leads with a mission-centered approach that blends compassion, strategic vision, and grassroots community engagement. Through volunteer engagement, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, she continues to build a movement focused on service, generosity, and lasting impact.
